In 2010, Ms. Chen and Mr. Liao co-founded China Business Aviation Group (CBAJET). He currently serves as Vice President and Vice President of the Board of Directors, in charge of sales and marketing.

Ms. Chen is a well-known business aircraft sales expert. The sales team she leads has achieved outstanding results in the Greater China business aviation market. She is very enthusiastic about public welfare and is an active member of SEE, the Alxa Ecological Association. Graduated from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Chen once worked for a well-known European business aircraft marketing company as the sales director of China, responsible for the sales of Bombardier business aircraft in China. Ms. Chen has served Golf Zone for many years. She has served as national sales and marketing general manager, sales director in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. During this period, she was selected as a sales champion by the company many times.

The book "Private Customization" published in 2019 is a collection of business jet interior and design. Ms. Chen Si serves as deputy editor. Once launched, it has been warmly welcomed by readers and potential buyers of business jets.

Ms. Chen graduated from the People's Liberation Army Art Academy and later joined the General Political Department Song and Dance Ensemble as a dancer.
