Mr. Liao Xuefeng is the co-founder, chairman of the board and CEO of China Business Aviation Group (CBAJET). He is also the chief Asian representative of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), the world's largest business aviation association. Known as the first person in China's business aviation.

Mr. Liao received a bachelor's degree in aircraft design from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1982, and then went to the United States for further study. He received a master's degree in science from the University of Illinois in 1991 and has been engaged in the aviation industry since graduation.
